LINZER COOKIES

These delicious cookies are a European tradition. They remind me of jam drops but the dough is so light that these Linzer Cookies have such a wonderful taste and texture, unlike normal cookie dough. The jam in the middle makes these cookies a truly decadent treat on Christmas Day.
