- 2 1/2 cups Nutri-Grain cereal
- 2 1/2 cups unsalted mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup of chickpeas
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Combine the olive oil and seasonings in a small jug, mix to combine.
- Pour the oil mixture into the large bowl over the cereal/nut mix and stir well to coat.
- Pour onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring once at 5 mins. Don’t walk away as it may burn.
- Allow to cool before serving.
