I'm so proud of myself…yesterday, I de-cluttered my freezer and gave away meat (although, it wasnt my choice that the freezer defrosted….) but I felt good giving good food away to people who could use it.
ALSO, I gave away one of the slow cookers we had so that my sister in law can do slow cook meals on the nights she works late. Didn't realise we had a second slow cooker, how bad is that? But its gone now, so that feels good 🙂
Ooh no that's terribe 🙁 That's great that you could find other's to use it and it didn't go to waste.
I love to declutter. I can't think straight without regular decluttering.
Thought I'd better check out/follow everyone who is attending the AusBlogCon. Pop over to bigwords if you get a moment x
I dont know where to start with my de-cluttering, its so depressing
I am totally the same, Lisa, but check this page out – it certainly makes sense and may just help 🙂

Thankyou Tam for sharing the link with Lisa 😀
ooh no Lisa, I hope you are finding some inspiration and tips through the decluttering series I have been publishing. Have you been able to make a start?
Kids started back at school this week, and my son starts his full time preprimary next week, so it's all systems go here from Monday. Have done bits and pieces around the house but has been hard with the kids home.
My eldest 'lost' her double bed today (the 'owners' asked for it back, last minute mind you, but that's another story….) so I'm starting there – basically because I moved EVERYTHING out of her room and only the necessary items are being returned in there – she's more of a hoarder than me! I was SHOCKED to find what was under her bed and I only tidied and half heartedly decluttered just before Christmas. Time to be RUTHLESS!!!
That would of been great motivation to get in there and give it a good tidy up. Did she love her new improved room?
What a great site! I’ve known i have to de-clutter for a while now, but i just had no idea where to start. And i feel less depressed about it – 30mins a day/staring small feels achievable! 52 weeks here we come!
