Refunds & Free Returns

SurfStitch is committed to customer satisfaction- if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Surfstitch within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and they will happily exchange size or refund. Surfstich will also ship your size exchange request back to you, for free! 

Free returns are offered to orders shipping to an Australian address only. If in any circumstance you pay for return shipping SurfStitch will not reimburse postage costs – all Free Returns must be through the returns section of the website. Only one free return label will be issued per order that can be used once. Returns must be in new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Due to health regulations, Surfstich is unable to exchange or refund any underwear or earring purchase unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. 

Returns must be made within the timeframe listed on the returns page unless faulty. Size exchange requests are subject to the availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided. Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be returned to the customer (to the address on the original order). Some International payments or refunds may be processed in your local currency and your bank may charge conversion fees for these transactions. These rates and fees are out of their control and Surfstitch accept no responsibility for any loss caused as a result. To return any items from your order simply log your return online before sending anything back. Enter your order number and email address used to place the order and select the item you're returning. Download your Australia Post label. Print your return postage label and you’re ready to drop off at the post office! Don't have a printer? Don't worry, you can download the label onto your phone and have the post office scan this for you.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

SurfStitch provides one prepaid label per order for a return, if you require to send other items back or are returning an exchange you will need to pay for this return to their return address with your order number as a reference.

Your return must be sent within 7 days of booking your return, failure to do so will result in your return being rejected and sent back at your own cost. 

Faulty Item Returns

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please view their Faulty Item Returns Guide on their Terms and Conditions page. A refund will only generally be offered if the item cannot be repaired or replaced depending on the brand's warranty terms.
