Australian members will receive their birthday voucher via email at the beginning of their birthday month and can be used online or in store. For New Zealand members, your birthday voucher will be emailed to you a few days before your birthday month, and will only be valid online. Birthday vouchers are valid in the month of the recipient’s birthday. Members are eligible to receive one birthday voucher in a calendar year.

To receive your birthday reward you will have to create an account. Sign in and view My Preferences - make sure the radio button is "Subscribed". If not, simply select "Subscribed" and hit 'save'. Free Returns

Most stocked items (excluding hygiene-sensitive items) can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase free of charge.

If you change your mind and wish to refund your goods, Sheridan Outlet will accept returns provided that the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase, the goods have not been used, and the goods are returned in their original packaging. Certain gifts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, these include Bed Toppers, Quilts, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors.

Returns are free of charge for Members where their order was over $150 and they were signed in when the order was placed. For all other orders, $9.95 will be deducted off the refund amount. Gift cards are also not refundable for change of mind.

Goods purchased online or in-store can be returned through either the online process or in-store, with returns not dependent on their channel of purchase. To process a return online you will need your order number and email address. To process a return in store, please check your eligibility before making your return. Products purchased from Sheridan Outlet cannot be returned to their Sheridan Outlet New Zealand stores, Sheridan branded boutique stores, or other third party retailers who sell Sheridan branded products.
