ECCO Birthday Offer: The ECCO Birthday offer is available to selected customers on the ECCO Australia database. Selected customers will receive $30 off their next purchase when they receive an email with a unique code. Customers that are signed up to the ECCO database and have provided a valid date of birth will receive an email on their birthday with a unique coupon code. Discount can be redeemed on full price shoes and accessories where the order value is $120 or more.
Offer may be redeemed only once. Offer may be redeemd online at au.ecco.com or in an ECCO retail store. The offer is valid for 30 days or to the 'valid until' date on the email. The unique code provided is generated for single use and can not be re-generated if lost or misplaced. During times of extended promotion the coupon validity will be extended to 60 days from date of email sent. Birthday email will only be generated for customers that have signed up to the ECCO database at least 7 days before the birth date registered.
When purchasing online, the discount will apply at checkout when the unique code is entered, with the discount being calculated before shipping fees are applied. If purchasing in an ECCO retail store, the birthday email with the unique code, must be presented at time of purchase for the offer to be redeemed.
No Further Discounts Apply: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Offer can not be redeemed on materials that are already reduced, are on promotion or in the sale category. The offer cannot be backdated or used on prior purchases and back orders are not accepted. Offer is not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to amend, end or extend any of the details of the offer at any time without notice.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $180 and free returns on all orders placed on au.ecco.com. Orders under $180 will incur a $12 standard shipping charge.
Online Returns/Exchanges: Purchases made from the ECCO online store are to be returned within 30 days, to the ECCO online store via the return method provided with your order. Online returns will be processed via refund. We are unable to offer exchanges. If we are unable to supply an item due to unavailability, your item will be cancelled from the order and you will be notified via email. If we part-supply your order, your order and charges will be adjusted accordingly. Should you wish to exchange sizes, please return your item for refund then contact Customer Service on eccoau@ecco.com for advice on the possibility of sourcing another size.

All Returns: Shoes must be returned to ECCO within the 30 day time frame and they must be unworn, un-altered and in their original sell-able condition with original insole and full packaging in order to qualify for refund. Shoe box must also be un-tampered or ripped and in its original condition.
