The length & height are manufactured measurements, please allow 1-2 cm difference on the mattress after unpacking for use.
2. Unpacking the mattress
All Dorinca mattresses come in the vacuum roll packaging. For safety please first read the Instruction for Opening label stick on the original carbon box or the manual book found inside the box. After removing all packaging the mattress will expand in minutes and become usable within 1 day. However for long lasting purpose we suggest wait for at least 24 hours before sleeping on it. And due to the compressed packaging, the final 5% of its height may take longer time (7 days to 1 month) to rebound in some areas such as corners of the mattress.
4. Edge Supports
Please note most compressed roll mattresses are not designed for sitting on the edge. However, customers are very welcome to choose higher-end mattresses with enhanced edge supports from Dorinca if they preferred.
5. Warranty Information
This product comes with a 7 Year warranty(T&C applied). In any case, please keep the original carton box/packaging of the mattress to process swap & refund.
The warranty covers: If visible level of dipping/sagging at the centre of the mattress is greater than 60mm(soft medium-firm comfort level), 80mm(plush comfort level). This refers to a dipping that is visible when no weight/pressure is applied to the top of the mattress, which have arisen despite proper use and proper handling.
The warranty starts from the date of purchase. The Dorinca Warranty Card is located in the original packaging box of the product. Dorinca reserves the right to return/refund/repair/replace a faulty product under the valid warranty period.
The Dorinca Warranty Registration Card shows terms and conditions. This should be filed away in a safe place. If a problem with your purchase is considered covered by the valid Dorinca Warranty, please contact us with the corresponding photos of the affected product & areas. If the product arrived with damage, please keep in its original packaging and contact us within 7 days for free replacement.
For the first year from the date of purchase, we offer a full warranty on all Dorinca bedding products. During this period we remedy all damages related to material or manufacturing defects through free replacement, if the product cannot be repaired. From the second year of warranty, a progressive warranty enters into force, related to the selling price and the warranty period according to the following chart: 7 Year Warranty cover: 1st year 100%, 2nd year 85%, 3rd year 70%, 4th year 55%, 5th year 40%, 6th year 25%, 7th year 10%. The recognized amount is deducted from the purchase price of the new mattress. The purchaser is charged with the remaining amount to process the replacement. Following our service under warranty, the current warranty period is not interrupted and a new one is not started. The Warranty doesn't cover all related delivery cost.
The following are excluded from warranty conditions: defect due to inappropriate treatment or use, defect caused by natural wear, trace of dirt, indirect damages, sitting on edge of the mattress etc. Dorinca bedding products are only designed for daily household use therefore may not be suitable for certain medical conditions.

Purchased 6/01/2022 Finally delivered on 22/01/2022 The mattress is fabulous. It’s both plush and supportive. One of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. BUT Shame the shipping company lets you down and Dorinca don’t keep you in the loop as to what’s going on. I contacted Dornica on day 8 only to be told delivery via Allied Express would be approximately another 5 to 7 days away. The advertisement states - delivery is within 2-7 business days. It’s a shame that’s not actually true, day 14 still no delivery or word on when it will be delivered. No tracking to follow so you know where the item is. Delivered on day 16. This deliver company is an absolute joke.
