If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee BWS will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

You can choose to save $10 on your next Eligible Shop* each time your balance hits 2,000 points. Or you can bank your savings for Christmas. Or convert them into Qantas Points. As always, get a 4c per litre fuel discount at participating Caltex and Caltex Woolworths co-branded fuel outlets (operated by Euro Garages Australia) when you spent $30 or more at Woolworths supermarkets. You can store this fuel discount on your Woolworths Rewards card.

To receive a fuel discount of 4c per litre, spend $30 or more in one transaction at Woolworths and scan your registered Woolworths Rewards card within 28 days at participating Caltex and Caltex Woolworths co-branded fuel outlets (operated by Euro Garages Australia). Free Click and Collect

There is no fee for using Pick Up. Simply add the products you want to purchase to your cart, and BWS will have them packed and ready at your local BWS store for pick up when it suits you.

In as little as 30 mins, BWS will SMS you when your order is ready. Pick-up is available during your selected store’s trading hours. If the store is closed, or closing soon, BWS will SMS you in the morning when the store is open and your order is ready to be picked up.

Your package can be picked up by someone else. Just provide their name and mobile number during checkout and BWS will SMS them, as well as you, when the order is ready to be picked up. Of course, they will need to be 18 years or over and bring a valid photo ID to pick up the order.

Simply tick “I’d prefer my order chilled” in checkout and BWS will have any beer, cider, pre-mixed drinks, rosé, white wine, sparkling wine and Champagne in your order chilled for pick up.

If you only need certain items cold, you can tell BWS in the “Notes to store team member” section. If you’re not planning to pick up in 30 minutes, you can also tell them in the notes. This way BWS knows they have longer to chill those products that are coming straight off the shelf.

ID may be needed to ensure the person picking up the order is over 18 years and is the same person who paid for the order (or the person picking up on their behalf).

Recording your ID ensures BWS have a verified record of your age as well as helps reduce the risk of fraudulent activity. This information will only be used if they need to investigate a customer or bank complaint.
