Preparing for the back to school period can become overwhelming with so much to do… buying uniforms, shoes, book packs, cover books, label book supplies… there are so many things to do and quite a few minor yet important tasks that can be easily forgotten. It’s now the time of year to start getting all the kid’s school supplies ready. Typically schools hand out the book lists to families before the end of the year, you should have received yours by now either by email or a hard copy. Refer to your list to ensure you purchase all the school supplies.

Loving the back to school schedule – have downloaded the organiser but would have loved a app like thing that I can keep on my phone and check off as i go – just a thought. Amazed at your organisation

Always include is spare money in a small plastic bag and advise kids it’s there for emergency. Examples we use it for are school buses if plans change and need to
Catch bus / after school snack with friends and also for lunch if forgotten lunch box or Lunch money.
Also PE uniform of shirt / shorts / fresh socks / sneakers I have on our list
