I was sent the Tineco Floor One S7 FlashDry to review, and while this is not a paid review, I was genuinely excited to test it out. This is my first time using a wet/dry hard floor cleaner. I’ve owned a Tineco vacuum for years and really love it, so I hoped this would live up to the same standard. When I unboxed it, I felt hopeful. I was really looking for something that would help with quick clean-ups, especially for my upstairs bathrooms, so I wouldn’t have to carry around a heavy mop and bucket every time.

Ease of Use & Design
The instructions made setup incredibly simple with minimal effort. The unit feels sturdy and well-built, and I really appreciate that it stands upright on its own. What I love most is that it almost glides on its own thanks to the SmoothPower self-propulsion system. I hardly need to push or pull, which is amazing for those with back or arm concerns. The handle swivels with a flick of the wrist, and it weighs about 6kg when the water tank is full, which I personally measured.
Cleaning Performance
It picks up spills, dirt, and even kitty litter with ease, most of the time in one swipe. Occasionally, a kitty litter piece might get caught in the mop head and pop out, but it usually picks it up again on the backward motion. I tested it on spilled milk and it cleaned it up in one go, which surprised me. Hair can require a second pass, and it does well along skirting boards but, like most appliances, it doesn’t quite reach into corners.
Features & Technology
The standout feature for me is the FlashDry technology, which dries the mop head after cleaning so it’s not sitting damp. This is especially great for my hybrid floors, which don’t tolerate much moisture. The voice prompts can be a little much at times, but I do find them helpful — especially when I forget to start the self-cleaning cycle. The battery lasts well and I can get through my bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen on one charge, with enough water left for the self-clean.

The clean and dirty water tanks are very easy to manage. The top of the dirty tank catches hair, making it easy to dispose of. I like that it came with a cleaning brush as well. I haven’t experienced any clogging yet, though I do clean it after each use. The self-cleaning function takes about 5 minutes and works really well, especially since it heats the water to reduce bacteria. I still like to manually clean it every few uses and leave it in the sun for a deeper refresh.

Noise Level
It’s similar in volume to a regular vacuum, and while it gets slightly louder in Max mode, it’s nothing unexpected. Probably not one to run while the house is sleeping, but fine for everyday use.
Value & Accessories
The Tineco comes with an extra mop head, filter, cleaning solution, a cleaning brush, and a charging base. I think it adds good value, and while I won’t mention price directly, I do think it’s worth considering if it suits your budget.
Pros & Cons
The self-cleaning is fantastic. It takes a few minutes but leaves the mop head in great condition. I like that it heats the mop head, which makes me feel more confident in its cleanliness. A small con is the power cord for the charging base being just a little short for my setup. I also wish I could use my own cleaning solution.
Final Verdict
I would recommend this to busy people, parents, or pet owners, anyone who needs to clean quickly without filling a mop bucket. It’s so easy to grab it and clean a bathroom or laundry floor in just a few minutes. It’s a higher investment than a regular mop, but the convenience and performance make it worth considering.
