This Morning Routine chart, suitable for older kids, will assist your child in getting ready for school each morning. Print, laminate and blu tak to wall for them to view. This will help them recognise each day what they need to do and the order to do it in without you nagging them to hurry up. Trust me this will take the stress out of YOUR mornings.

Rewarding them for good behaviour is a great idea. Perhaps once they have completed their tasks, they could receive a star on their reward chart, they can then watch TV, they receive a special treat in their lunchbox or $1 at the end of the week to spend at tuckshop. Really, whatever works for you and your child.

Each child has different needs therefore you may need to personalise a routine this option is available.
