- ½ cup plain flour
- 1 tbs cajun seasoning (or seasoning of your choice)
- 5 pieces white fish fillets (ie, we use Barramundi)
- 1-2 tbs butter
- Place flour and seasoning into a glad bag
- Seal bag, shake to combine
- Cut larger fillets in half (see note)
- Add 1 fish fillet, seal bag, gently shake to evenly coat in flour
- Remove fillet from bag shaking fillet to remove excess flour
- Repeat process with remainder fillets
- Melt butter in frypan over medium heat
- Add fillets
- Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes or until browned and cooked through
I usually buy 3 fish fillets and cut 2 in half which is an ample size piece for the kids and I.
