- 2 cups dried spiral pasta
- 1 tbs oil
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons lemon rind, finely grated
- 2 cups cream
- 415g can red salmon, drain, remove skin and bones, flake
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup grated tasty cheese
- 1 tbs parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic, extra
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Have a large casserole dish on hand
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, follow packet directions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat
- Add spring onions and garlic, stirring for 1 minute
- Stir in lemon rind, cream and salmon
- Reduce the heat to low, continue stirring until heated through
- Sprinkle dill over creamy mixture, then add to pasta, stir
- Spoon into casserole dish
- In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley and extra garlic
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over dish
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden
