Some great tips here! 


I did a 3week detox recently (Clean book by Dr Junger) it wasn’t
too hard but it did make me realise how important it is to put healthy and
nutritious food into our body -  I had so
much energy, was going to the loo often and felt great!


Im always rushing around with my two boys that I sometimes
forget to look after me!  I find a Green
Smoothie is a great way to start my day and takes a couple of minutes to blend
up! Delicious too and its helped me curb my caffeine cravings.  


We are what we eat and we eat what we are!
