Being that the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge started last week I will be following her meal plans. I won’t be able to post my exact meal plan as these details are for her members only. However today I will share with you a meal plan from the winner of our Lenard’s giveaway, and through the weeks will share some great recipes I have found and would love to try. Monday – Marinated meat on BBQ and veggie bake
Tuesday – Pumpkin Soup as we have Joeys tonight as eat on the run
Wednesday – Burritos
Thursday – Slow cooker chicken casserole (as I work Thurs & Fri)
Friday – Toasted sandwiches (as its ‘Fun Friday” for the kids)
Saturday – Baked chicken & veggies in camp oven as we are camping with friends
Sunday – Potatoes stuffed with left over burrito mix (that has been frozen)
Baking – Assorted pikelets (Wholemeal Banana Piklets) for lunch box morning teas for school next week
Aaaahhh I love being organised, it saves me a fortune on groceries and peace of mind that I don’t have to open the cupboard and ‘think’ each day!! ~ Ash.
