{MEAL PLAN} Slow cooker chicken casserole

Being that the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge started last week I will be following her meal plans.  I won’t be able to post my exact meal plan as these details are for her members only.  However today I will share with you a meal plan from the winner of our Lenard’s giveaway, and through the weeks will share some great recipes I have found and would love to try.  If you have a meal plan or recipes you would like to share please email them to me!

Fantastic meal planning. Big fan of this, especially for working mums. If you want ot be healthy you need to have the food in the fridge  – this means pre-planning. Loving your blog Sam. ReplyCancel
