      It’s not hard Kel, 30 min if that each week and you will save so much on your food bill and TIME!!

    Started meal planning 6 months ago, saving so much time & money. I let the kids pick 2 meals a month as well so they get what they really like but it has to meet healthy standards.

    My meal plan for this week is: – Steak & veg – Pasta Bolognese – Tuna Shepherds Pie – Egg & Bacon Pie – Honey Mustard Chicken & rice – Roast Chicken – Bangas & Mash
    In no particular order, i just pick one in the morning & take the meat out of the freezer if need be or i take it out the night before if i remember.
