Jodene’s expedit unit for her scraproom. Jodene’s blog HERE.

The four drawers are used for adhesives, small die’s, small jars of glitter, stamping wheels. The tubs on the top right store all of my cuttlebug and bigshot dies, embossing folders and nestabilities.

Jodie L – her daughters playroom

Samone, Perth – her scraproom and shoe unit which sits at the front door.  Great taste in scrapbooking albums, I have the same We R Memory Keepers too!

Jillian, beautiful bookshelf, so neat and tidy

I love pink and green that Kristen has incorporated into her unit

Lovely! They are all really beautiful units and meticulously displayed. Very inspirational!

Just lovely – and all so neat! We’ve used the 4×4 unit very successfully. 8 cubes have the banana leaf baskets in them. 2 general boxes and 3 boxes for each child. Box 1 holds all their shoes. Box 2 holds their school bag, Box 3 holds their raincoats, hats, gloves etc. Then 2 general boxes for the family when we go out. Box 1 with all our swimming pool gear, Box 2 with grown up hats, beanies, dog lead etc. Rest of the shelves have books in them or those gorgeous CD sized Ikea cardboard boxes with specific items in each. You can fit 4 in each cube. Eg I have 1 little box for sewing items, 1 with cheque books, current receipts, cards I don’t keep in my wallet, 1 with stamps & all the letters sent to the children by their grandparents, 1 with spare keys & travel stuff like suitcase keys and currency… and many more. The key is to take the time to put things in the right boxes! On top I have some lovely hand and foot prints of the kids and ourselves done on square black canvasses which stand up by themselves.

I’m hanging to get mine for my son’s room once our renovations are done in a couple of months! I’ve already bought a couple of the baskets that fit in them and I’m storing toys in them :-)

My Expedits are looking a little empty at the moment as we are packing again. I need a trip to Ikea to get some new boxes and a couple of the sets of drawers. Trouble is it’s 3 hours away.

I’m getting cross with all these people making such beautiful homes…. can I send a pic of my disorganised Expedite???? hehe!

  • Kate @ Puddles & Gumboots

Love this post. Those memory keeper albums got me excited as I have been looking for something like that for a while. I found some once but they never shipped to Australia, do these guys?? I can ‘t see it on their website if they do or not. Jenny R

I also love the pink and green storage accessories that Kristen used in her unit and would love to know where she got the storage boxes with the flowers as I have not seen these at Ikea.

    • Cgorham

They look like they’re the Penny Scallan design Lou…

  • Julie

What a beautiful job you’ve all done..pity the lovely storage is sooo expensive!!
$30 for one basket is just too much for our budget :-(

    • Jane

Julie, you don’t need to spend that much. Mine has cardboard file archive boxes (you can get a pack of 10 for around $25 at Officeworks) that I covered with pretty wrapping paper ($1 per sheet – 1 sheet does two box fronts). They’re great!! (I tried posting a pic, but it wouldn’t load!)

      • Jane

Oh, actually the pic did load, lol!!!
