<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cook potato in saucepan of boiling water for 15-20 minutes, until tender</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Heat oil in large fry pan</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cook onion, carrot and celery, stirring until softened</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add mince and cook, stirring 5 minutes or until browned, break up any lumps</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add flour cook and stir for 2 minutes</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add stock, sauces and peas to the pan</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes until sauce has thickened</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">When potato is ready drain and return to pan</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add butter and mash until smooth</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Gradually add milk, stirring to combine. You may not need all the milk as you don&#8217;t want runny mash. Season with salt and pepper</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Spoon mince mixture into a large 10cup casserole dish</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Spread the potato mash over the mince and sprinkle with cheese</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Place dish under grill and leave until cheese is golden brown</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Serve immediately with vegetables</li>

<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Combine sausage mince, beef, onion, carrot, breadcrumbs, paste, sauce and 1 egg into a bowl</li>

<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Roll each portion into a long sausage and place onto each onto a pastry half</li>

<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Have ready a large 6 cup rectangle casserole dish, greased</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Combine cheeses in a bowl</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Heat oil in a frying pan</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cook onion, stirring until softened</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add mince, cook break up with wooden spoon, stirring occasionally until browned</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add spinach, tomato, tomato paste and oregano</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cook for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Spoon a tablespoon of carbonara sauce over the base of casserole dish, spread</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Place 1 lasange sheet, in dish</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Spoon one-third chicken mixture into prepared dish. Top with one-quarter carbonara sauce, one-quarter cheese mixture and then another lasagne sheet</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Repeat with chicken mixture, cheese, and lasagne sheet to form 3 layers</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Spoon last quarter of carbonara sauce onto last lasange sheet, sprinkle with remaining cheese</li>
